WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)?

RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. It is considered a neuroscience-based therapeutic approach that combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral therapy.  RTT goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy, diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach.

HOW DID RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY COME ABOUT?

The founder of the method, Marisa Peer, identified that regardless of their issue, in sessions clients benefitted from her applying a particular set of techniques over and over again. These insights provided the foundations for Rapid Transformational Therapy to emerge as a distinctive approach.  Marisa has spent over thirty years treating clients that range from you and me, to Olympic athletes, to royalty, to celebrities, and CEOs.  Once known as the Marisa Peer Method, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) received multiple international awards for its efficacy beginning in 2018 and has trained over 10,000+ therapists as of 2021.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL RTT SESSION LOOK LIKE?

An RTT session starts with a very specific intake form so your practitioner has everything they need to inform your session before you start. Once in session, there may be 5-10 minutes to discuss specifics and details, but after that point, you begin the process. Every RTT session has a similar template and lasts about 1.5-2 hours. You begin with an induction into a hypnotic state, and then you are regressed back to three memories targeting your issue. After this, you are guided to do inner child healing work and heal these memories and what they represent. You are then given positive reinforcement messaging and given a recording after your session to listen to for 21 days post-session.

There are various tools your RTT practitioner might use during your session depending on what you are looking to improve upon.  Those tools range from parts therapy, to command cell therapy (to heal specific conditions in the body), to drawing out “unfinished business” that has festered for too long…every tool is used as a powerful way of releasing emotions and rewiring beliefs.

WHO SHOULD TRY AN RTT SESSION?

If you are looking for a modality to improve your mental health or have been in talk therapy for years with no significant improvements, an RTT session will get you where you are wanting to go.  RTT can be used for a myriad of issues – from anxiety, to emotional eating, to weight loss, and addictive behaviors, to Type A neuroticism, to failure to meet goals, to confidence in business or chronic physical conditions….if there is a belief system at play in your subconscious mind, RTT can help.

As RTT practitioners, we know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, both physical or emotional. You want rapid results. RTT aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90-120 minute session, although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions.

Are you looking for the bow to go atop your beautiful self-development box?  Look no further, RTT is it!
