Former Attorney turned Type-A Expert, Subconscious Mind Wrangler, and Holistic Healing Fairy Godmother

The Story of Shanna Windle

After years of striving to be recognized as smart and successful – attending the best schools and a decade of practicing law – Shanna crashed and burned.

A high-stress and conflict-ridden profession, as well as a constant need to prove her worth to everyone else, landed Shanna in the worst health of her life.

"I knew I had to learn how to heal myself. I had to find a better way."

Shanna made the hard decision after seeing specialist after specialist for a myriad of health issues that it was time to leave the practice of law, focus on her health and children, and pursue education in various areas of holistic wellness to ultimately help others.

She refers to herself as a “recovering Type A,” and is well versed in the issues and struggles of professionals in high stress positions, as well as the challenges motherhood presents to women of all ages.
While her first few years coaching clients involved the areas of integrative nutrition and holistic health, she quickly became aware of the need to train in a modality that worked with the “roots” of all our behaviors – the subconscious mind.  What she was finding was that her clients would have success addressing their stress levels, nutritional lifestyles, and relationships, but ultimately would have a hard time sustaining their improvements long term.  Self sabotage would start to creep in, dismantling the hard work her clients had done.  No one was more frustrated to see this than Shanna, which led her to her training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a specialized form of hypnotherapy that she now practices.

Shanna has found the integration of RTT into her wellness practice to be massively transformational in her clients’ long term success.  Whether you’re a “Type A” uber-stressed businessperson,  stay at home mom, or anything in between, Shanna aims to bring out your best version yet.
Rapid Transformational Therapists embrace many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. However RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Learn more.
